Reginald the Owl

Reginald keeps rhythm on everything from the steering wheel in the car to the back of his neighbor’s head at school. It can be slightly obnoxious, but all that practice gives Reginald the skill to share the beat with just about any song he hears and inspires that movement and dance and others.
